I used the rain jacket this past week when going on a backpacking trip with friends for the week. One day it rained all morning but I never felt a drop with this coat on. It also has an awesome hood that actually has a little rim to cover your face. I plan on hiking the entire AT next year and considering bringing this jacket because I like it that much.
