Great top for hiking in the sun & heat. Breaths well and comfortable during exercise--very stretchy and lightweight. Keeps you cool even when sweating; doesn't trap heat in against your body. Fit is true to size. I usually wear a medium, 5'4" 135 lbs & ordered a medium. Fits like most other mediums ... MH seems to cut their sleeve a little higher/tighter than other brands & this top is no exception, though.
