A very nice and well made jacket, it is more lightweight than the MHW description. But is well insulated and very warm. To me, this is an around town jacket versus on-mountain jacket. I can wear it with a "sweater type" vest and be ready for weather in the 20's fahrenheit. A good buy, but don't expect a typical "puffy" jacket loft.
