i love this coat. It is super warm. I wanted a coat longer than waist length and this is perfect. I have long arms and the sleeves are plenty long. The coat has a nice, feminine shape to it so it doesn't look so bulky. I love the offset zipper so it doesn't rub under my chin. The fleece lining in the pockets and upper body are nice features too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because There is no cord to cinch the hood tighter.
