We took this tent to hike the Narrows in Utah, backpacking 16 - 17 miles, most of it through the cold river water and climbing, negotiating large rocks. We were beyond exhausted by the time we made it to camp (approx half-way) so we were very grateful at how easy this was to set up. It is surprisingly strong, especially with how light-weight it is. We bought a footprint for it, and it stood up to light-medium rain decently. The 3 person tent was just big enough for our 2 sleeping pads to sit side-by-side shoulder-to-shoulder, and have room for our bags ar our feet. The bags would have also fit in the vestibule, but we brought them is because of the bugs. I'm in love with this tent for backpacking!
