This is more of a fleece shirt than jacket. There are no pockets. When used as described it is perfect. I am 5'11", 180 lbs and athletically built being broader in the chest and shoulders. I purchased a large and it fit well in the length and sleeves, but was a bit snug in the chest. When I wore it as a pullover over another t-shirt I had bunching in the sleeves and chest area.
