The vest cannot retain any heat - not suitable even for 50F to 60F temperature range. The vest is not as nearly as "puffy" as it looks on the pictures. It is very unfortunate that Mountain Hardwear invested in good quality sewing and nice details, but cut the corner where it most matters - quality and amount of down fibers. The vest is useless and definitely not worth $64 I paid for it while on sale. Will have to kiss $7.95 goodbye for the return shipping.
