Bad zipper - Mountain Hardwear Super Compressor Hooded Jacket - Mens

Love the jacket for fit, features and warmth. Very lightweight and roomy enough for layering. I am however frustrated with the zipper. Starting the zipper is almost impossible. Need to find a way to get this fixed or I am sending it back.
