Overall good gloves for the price. I live in Ontario, Canada so these are fine for late fall into early December. They would be great for Spring Cross Country or Skate Skiing (above freezing temperatures). On another note — you could use them as good car gloves in very cold weather as they are not bulky. From a quality perspective they are not bombproof, but are certainly tough enough to handle most outdoor activities.
