Lots of comforting calories to fuel your day. Definitely filling -- and not for those watching their fat intake! Two good servings, or three, if served with fruit, or oatmeal, etc. Helps round out food storage with variety, lots of flavor, unique item. Keep a few breakfast freeze dried meals with your entrees to have something on hand for everyone, and avoid menu fatigue with many different types meals and choices. Pretty good, overall.
