Survivor TAB's Review of Mountain House Scrambled Eggs w/ Ham, Red and Green Peppers - Single Serving

This one is great. The ham chunks don't all soften up so well so they may be a little tough but their flavor is really good. The peppers in the eggs with the ham make this meal taste like an omlet. I recomend bringing some salt & pepper if you want to add more flavor complexity. I had it plain and plan to pack it up on my next trip.
