My husband and I taste tested this small serving size product to see if we would want to purchase it in larger quantities. My husband, me and our 3 year-old son all agreed that it was yummy, and we should buy more. I was worried how an egg product would taste when freeze dried, but was surprizingly impressed how good the taste and texture were. Ham and peppers were a nice addition.
