Absolutely great tasting! I eat them on their own as a snack while climbing (or even at home!) and I also add them to my hot backcountry muesli or oatmeal. When soaked in the hot water I mix with my cereal they re-hydrate and taste just like fresh bananas, which is a great addition to an otherwise bland breakfast!
