This deceptively large pack can hold more than I imagined. I bought it for a suffable travel pack for day hikes, shopping, etc what I didn't expect was the ability to use this for ultralight weekend backing trips. On a recent campout, I packed a camping hammock, summer weight down sleeping bag, inflatable sleeping pad, change of clothes, some food water and other camping essentials with room to spare.
The fabric is surprisingly sturdy for a light pack and the extra long mesh pockets are outstanding.
The trade off for lightweight is lack of structure (frame sheet). Fit can be a bit sloppy when lightly loaded. This can be easily remedied with an appropriately sized foam pad.
