I purchased this set as my primary cook set for my Appalachian Trail solo hike. The cookware itself is very nice; you can cook rice&beans in the pot, and then clean it by heating water in it and scraping with a plastic spoon/spork (there's a non-stick surface inside). I was able to remove all the rice and beans residue cooked onto the pot. The cookpot has a 1 liter mark in it for liquid measurement.
