After 1.5 hours into a midday fitness walk, the water (with ice cubes) in the insulated bottles was room temp at best ...
The Nathan Trail Mix Plus is a great hydro belt, very comfortable & extremely stable, with a roomy & functional pack section; but just don't expect too much from the 2 "insulated" water bottles ...
I would definitely give the Trail Mix Plus belt & pack "5 Stars", BUT the Insulated part of the water bottles "1 Star" at best = "3 Stars" ...
Pros:
  • Comfortable
  • stable
  • functional
  • Bottles easy to grab & store
Cons:
  • Insulated Bottles - Weak
