Totally worth it - NEMO Equipment Cosmo Insulated Lite Sleeping Pad

I was skeptical about getting a sleeping pad because I didn't want to have to deal with it getting a hole, so I stayed with regular pads until my dad and I went on a trip and we both had trouble sleeping because the ground was just too hard for the both of us. I did my research and found these pads were the best. I got one and loved it and have since gotten one for my dad. They held up really really well even with my 65 pound dog stepping on them. My dad and I recently slept on them for 4 nights straight during a recent camping trip and it was the best that I had ever slept during any camping trip that I can remember. My dad didn't complain about his hip bothering him either after sleeping either. It is great being able to turn on your side and not having your hip hit the ground. They are also really easy to get all the air out of and put away. It does take a couple minutes to use the foot pump to get all the air in it, but totally worth it.
