Nick's Review of NEMO Equipment Dragonfly Ultralight Backpacking Tent 2-Person
In my opinion, this is the best-designed tent NEMO has on offer- it's pretty obvious that a lot of thought and effort went into designing this item. First off, this tent is BIG. For a 2 person tent, there is way more vestibule space and headroom than similar tents in its category. Every little bit of space was maximized to be functional. As is normal for NEMO tents, it's clear they actually use their products- the tent bag is designed so you can split it among multiple packs, the side mesh provides privacy while the top lets you see the stars on summer nights, and the poles are color coded so you can't mess up setup. This is my go-to backpacking tent now, beating out other options that I spent an extra $100-$150 on. I also appreciate the color- no blinding orange or red, this is bright enough to not lose in the woods but not distracting enough to be an eyesore. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a first backpacking tent or for someone who wants to upgrade.
