Amazing! just the trick! - NEMO Equipment Fillo Pillow

I sleep on a Tempurpedic pillow and bed so I needed something firm but with some give. Look no further than this pillow. The foam that is attached to the air bladder creates the give that a normal pillow does and the air bladder gives it the firmness needed to keep your head supported. You can adjust it to your liking but I found fully inflated makes it feel like a "normal" pillow to me. The weight is a non issue to me since this is a luxury item that is worth the weight because your next day is only as good as your last nights sleep quality. This pillow packs down really small too in its own stuff sack. The only gripe I have about this Fillo pillow is that, like everyone states, the back side does slip around on a sleeping pad but take an old pillow case with me that weighs nothing and it does the trick just fine. 5 STARS!
