Backpacking pillows seem to be one of two types: Inflatable bladders or bags of rags. Most inflatables are like sleeping on an inflated ziplock bag. Too firm & plastic'y. The stuffable pillows are an oxymoron. If they can be crushed down to half the size of a soda can what do you think happens when you rest your head on it? It crushes down to the thickness of a piece of cardboard! LOL! One
