I use it at Mountain Kinabalu, Polartec Alpha is a weirdly well-kept secret. Particularly well suited for those who sweat. A lot. Think of this as a major step up from Cap thermal in both moisture control and warmth. Great under a shell going down and all alone or under a light vest going up.
