I have not purchased Ortovox thus no idea of sizing. I wear a XS in Icebreaker and Smartwool but went with Small since that was the only size available and that was good since it fits perfect. Ortovox definitely runs smaller than the other 2 manufactuers above. The fabric is nice and soft and drapes well.
