Best ski pack i've ever used - Ortovox Haute Route 32 Tour Pack

I picked this pack up earlier this year as I was looking for something that would allow me to carry my skis diagonally as well as on the sides of the pack (A-Frame). I was impressed by the pack before I ever put it one. The quality of its construction is fantastic, and it's "bells and whistles" are spot on. The loops to carry the skis diagonally are tucked inside zipper areas at the top and bottom of the pack. No need to fumble with pulling straps out of your pack, attaching, and then loading your skis.

Another great feature is the helmet carrier. It unzips from the lower zipper and stretches of the helmet to hold it tightly to the pack. I've now skied with this pack a number of times and have carried my skis both ways. I'm amazing at how comfortable and secure they feel on my back. My only hesitation with giving this pack such high comments is now everyone looking for a ski pack will also have one...but it really is that good.
