Nice bag but very dangerous handle - Osprey Rolling Transporter 40

After reading reviews about this bag I went with it and it's beautiful, well made, and functional. Unfortunately I ignored two reviewers who said they ripped their fingers open retracting the handles. I played with the handle and figured it must have just been an early design flaw that had been fixed. Wow was I wrong! On my first trip with the bag, loading it into my car, and it tore a chunk out of my little finger that hurt like crazy and bled profusely. Wow this thing is dangerous. I still kind the bag but I need to find a way to keep that from happening again. BEWARE! This bag bites very hard.
