If you have a short torso, this might be the perfect coat. I took it for a spin with the tags on in the rain right when it arrived. It was definitely far more watertight than my last coat, but it did not make it down past the widest part of me, which means i came home with wet hips and a wet bottom. really nice design, just a little too short. I reluctantly returned it b/c I want to be able to take it camping, etc. and stay dry.
