Warm comfortable gloves. Good dexterity for holding onto trekking or ski poles. Very good water resistance but not water proof. I wear large in gloves and the large in the Extravert fit great. These are the warm heavy gloves I use for backpacking, hiking for very cold days. Or in camp with low activity.
