Runs large - Outdoor Research Fortress Jacket - Women's

I typically wear a women’s large in OR jackets. The overall size of the fortress is too big even with laters, and the sleeves are about 4” too long. It fit my husband, who is typically a men’s large, perfectly. Will try a medium for myself as it has all of the features I am looking for.
