Easy to set up (you have to buy your own stakes and one line) and very light to carry. I applied a strip of industrial strength velcro (rounded off in an oval - no sharp edges!) just below the peak of the opening so I could keep the flap back when just the no-see-um netting was in use for proper ventilation. Yes it is warm. Yes condensation WILL be a problem if you don't keep it open for ventilati
