I have struggled for years to keep my fingers warm. I can't say that the lucent gloves keep my fingers hot, but they keep them them warm enough to be useful. I bought an extra set of batteries, so I don't even worry about how long they last. At 15 degrees F I can ski all day on medium. I wish there was a better connection between the battery and the glove as well as a soft nose wiping pad, but couldn't be happier with the ability to keep my fingers warm in the Vermont winter.
