Fromberg's Review of Outdoor Research Rampart Jacket - Men's
This jacket's waterproof lining requires careful venting, but that's fine with me. I'm delighted to own a lightweight jacket that can keep me truly dry. Not "mostly" dry. Not "dry if I'd remembered to NikWax it." Truly dry.
