I'm 6'2" and 190 lbs with a 34" waist and 34" inseam. I ordered a size large long that the sizing chart has as a 34" inseam. They are a good 2" too long and about the same at the waist. That said they are well made with elasticized adjustments at the waist and a bit of insulation around the seat and front was welcome on chilly chair rides. Next time I'll order a medium regular.
