Purchased the transcendent sweater as a mid layer under my soft she'll and it doesn't disappoint. Extremely light and much warmer that the fleece I previously had. Took a little while to ship to Canada, but everything else through campsaver was above average. I'm 5'10" and 165 pounds and the medium is perfect with a little room for a good base layer or even a sweater underneath.
