Super cozy and warm, warmer than a typical fleece for the weight! It's def a nice layer to keep the chill off. I don't think I would use this as a mid layer for skiing/ ski touring as it would be a bit bulky but could see myself bringing it along when cragging or hanging out at the beach here in the PNW.
It runs big. I'm 5'1" and 103# got an XS and fits loose. I also roll the sleeves back x 1 for comfort. I didn't like the colors available in XXS and got the XS on sale so I'll make this size work.
