Poor customer service - Patagonia Fuego Pack 32 L

I never opened the package! I ordered the gray/orange color but my email confirmation indicated cilantro which in my opinion is UGLY.I contacted customer service about the error when I noticed it and their response was "Many people think that they select the right color but a simple mis click of the cursor or mouse can change that.
