Beautiful color, high quality, excellent warranty, versatile! - Patagonia Karstens Vest - Men's

The Tobago blue color of my Patagonia Men's Karsten's vest was my reason for purchasing. It was on sale (the copyright year on the tag said 2013) too.

I am able to wear this over my Pima cotton Patagonia long sleeve shirt comfortably. It also works well with a t-shirt and even under a windfall jacket. I was able to score the complimenting tobago blue shirt for $30 from a store called 6pm.

I do think it's imperative for everyone to research the sizing chart. They have several different fits and suggest sizes based on what layer you're wearing a particular garment. My chest is about 46" and the large fit much better than the medium. The medium was the right length but way too snug. The large fit my body perfectly but could have been an inch or two shorter. But for some reason Patagonia tends to run longer in length. (I wear a size medium in North Face).
