Great jacket: protecting from both cold and wind. Hood fits over huge puffball hat (or helmet) but also fits well with no hat or helmet. Does not feel bulky! Seems a little short on the waist at first, but quickly get used to it and now do not notice. Sleeves fit perfectly. Can wear with t-shirt on 30 degree day and feel warm. fantastic!
