I started getting back into snowboarding here in Colorado this winter and didn't have a true snowboarding/skiing jacket. I got the Patagonia Snow shot jacket after trying it on in a store because the fit is perfect. Note that is is just a shell so you will need to layer up for the cold days, my first day wearing it was 15 degrees with some windchill as well, I wore a good base layer, a Patagonia nano jacket then my snow shot jacket and I was warm, next week up it was 45 and sunny, great thing about this jacket is the vents under the arm pits man it was warm that day but the vents really cooled me off on the lift and going down the mountain! Great jacket!
