Fantastic harness - Petzl Sequoia SRT Tree Care Seat Harness

I am a rock climber and have used old climbing equipment for trimming big ponderosa pines, but rock climbing equipment isn’t really suited for tree care. While the harness is heavy and bulky compared to a rock climbing harness it is far more comfortable to work in. The four d-rings allow for better rigging positions; which builds confidence using a saw up high. While bulky and stiff, the rigidity helps hang heavy gear without feeling like the harness is being pulled off. I have also used this to rig high exposure roof work such as cleaning gutters and snow removal. The reason I went with this harness over something like a traditional work harness is because it handles tree work better, yet still handles other rope rigging applications.
