Perfect rain jacket. Probably the best material for a rain jacket. It's not flimsy at all. Easy to pack.

Great Lightweight Rain Barrier

I'd rank this as a fine jacket for light rain on the trail and in the mountains. This is far from matching my burly ArcTeryx AR as a storm barrier but for milder conditions it is fantastic. Good design and cut, in general I'm very happy with all Rab products, this is no exception.

I'd not recommend this for anything more severe than light weather however - a great piece of protection during the mellower months in the hills.

Best Used for:
  • climbing
  • HIKING
  • light and fast trips in the backcountry
  • Lightweight backpacking for 1 or 2.

Charge Jacket

Nice design but I returned because the fabric was not what I was looking for, a little thin for my preference. I will likely buy another Rab however, level of detail was nice.
