Web listing of product was misleading and online support wasnt - Rab Element 2 Shelter

The online listing said that it would include as a free gift the accessory ground sheet for this floor less shelter. When I contacted them about it they said it wasn't their responsibility.

Aside from that note the product was as advertised. Nice color ,nice compact size when rolled up. Its held up in mediocre soil in 30 ish mph winds over night several times. As mentioned it does not come factory seam sealed and with any non free standing shelter tent stake positioning and soil make the shelter. Raab is now integral designs including this shelter.
