This jacket is a find! Midweight, compressible and much quieter than a traditional hardshell. I have been out skiing and snowshoeing in it several times and with a light layer or 2 underneath for 25-30 deg F weather, I stayed warm and DRY! Even when working up a sweat, I just unzipped a bit, but it did ventilate very well. I have not worn it in heavy precipitation, just some snow showers, but great so far! Thanks, Campsaver for the awesome price!
