Sam's Review of Rab VR Summit Jacket - Men's
Up until this item, I consistently purchased M-sized Rab upper garments, all of which fit me perfectly. This one, however, is way off; I could easily fit a child in it while wearing it. The label indicates US M size, but it could be mislabeled as an actual ES L size item. Alternatively, perhaps the sizing reflects a new reality regarding people's weight.
Another disappointing aspect is the absence of a drawcord to adjust the hood around the head. Instead, Velcro is present, but Velcro is a joke. Given that summits are typically windy locations and this jacket is marketed as a summit jacket, the hood should be highly adjustable and reliable. Not so, in my experience.
