This board is great. I shopped around and have tried a number of different hangboards. This one was the best. The side grips are great and easier on the shoulder joints. There are more grip options than mentioned here, including pinches on the bottom, pinches on the side and crimps on the sides and front, two side jugs, two top jugs, multiple crimps on the front and then 3, 2 and 1 finger pock
