This is an incredible boot and I would have given 5 stars, but it was tight. Def go a size up. Wish there was a 12, I ordered 11 and it was snug. I'm not big, just tall. But still a great boot, terrific quality, love the side zip, faux fur, anti-slip bottom, color. Bummed it didn't work out for me.
