Understated, high quality, long-wearing sole - Scarpa Margarita Casual Shoe - Men's

I'm on my second pair now, but I've been wearing these every day for the past 4 years. And my original pair are now my work / Burning Man shoes, since they got a grease stain on them but are still holding up. I've tried many casual shoes over the years, but it was very hard to find ones where the sole didn't wear-through or crack/tear within a year. These soles do wear, of course, but they last much longer than any other shoe that I've tried, and I haven't worn through the soles yet. The edges of the sole eventually start to peel just a little bit, but it progresses very slowly (I'm still wearing both pairs), and overall these shoes are extremely durable. Aesthetically, I really like the understated design the high quality look and feel. They are comfortable to wear, too, and even though they are swede, they breathe and don't feel hot or make my feet sweaty. I just ordered two more pairs, and I expect to be wearing them for 5+ years into the future. I have found "my shoe".
