Never skied it! but - SCOTT Cosmos III Ski Boot

I really wanted to like this boot as it's specs are really good. The main reason I got it is I have really wide feet. I've used BD Prime boots for years and their fit and performance worked well for me. Finally the Primes cracked so I had to look for another. I carefully measured my feet and ordered a 26.5. When it arrived I knew immediately that the toe box was too small. For length I had about 3/4 of an inch to spare when my foot was in the shell. Thus I think the 26.5 was correct. However even without the liner my toes were rubbing in the box. The overall quality of the boot looked incredible so I was sad to send it back. Only making this review so others with feet that are super wide in the toes (not the last) will be aware you may need a different boot or have a fitter expand the toe box, as I will probably have to do.
