Reviews & Ratings for Sea to Summit Trek Tk I Sleeping Bag -650 Down-
— 6 reviews — Page 1
Have yet to put the bag in action and will update after July trip. However, really like the extra hip and leg room over a traditional mummy I tested. Also compresses smaller than anticipated. Only negative is the difficulty of zipping the main zipper after fully opening the bag as a blanket.

These bags are advertised as >650 down and the test results included with the bag showed substantially greater fill power. I'm a cold sleeper and the TKi kept me toasty on a high 30s overnight trip. Really great loft, light weight, and spacious. Great 2-3 season bag.

This sleeping bag is manufactured well and looks good. It compresses down well with the included compression sack. It is rated to 32 degrees F which is enough for me. There is a Trek II and III if you require more warmth. The sleeping bag has a snag free full length zipper. A second zipper unzips the foot box to use the sleeping bag as a comforter/duvet. There is a compartment sewn into the top of the sleeping bag on the inside to stash personal effects such as a watch, headlamp, wallet, etc.

The package arrived in perfect condition and Sea To Summit provides a compression pack, storage bag, and a laundry bag. All materials were premium as expected and the 650 down is perfect. Can't wait to use it on my next adventure!

I bought this bag because my 40 degree back just wasn't enough this winter as several nights dipped down into the 30-35 degree range. I camp using either a Clark Jungle Hammock or on scout camp outs in a 4 person tent with an air mattress. I'm a big guy at 6'2" and 280 pounds. Using the Long version of this bag was comfortable, but there wasn't much room to spare. On the colder nights, using
