You can’t go wrong with Smartwool - the fit is great, some people say it runs small but I found it to be true to size. I’m 5’6” and 128 lbs and the medium fit a little loose, a small or med would work great just depends if you want it to fit close to your skin or not. I was able to fit a layer under the medium comfortably and have plenty of range of motion. Will be used for thru hiking, running, and lounging.
