Solid cutting board and knife - Snow Peak Chopping Board Set - Medium

Cutting board folds down small enough, and the knife cuts. If you’re going to be cutting for more than one person, probably get the large, if you’re going mainly solo, the medium is great. The knife seems sharp so far, we’ll see how long it lasts between sharpening.
