Phenomenal grill for a variety of things with two small downides - Snow Peak Double BBQ Box Grill

I love this thing. I use it with my IGT setup and love the adjustability of being able to raise and lower the grates in relation to the coal bed. The only real downsides are that there isn't a great way to cover the grill while using it (but this is meant more for yakitori style grilling rather than anything slow and low) and I wish there was a cotter pin or something that would hold the handle that adjusts the grill height while it's attached. That handle needs to come off in order to fit into the case or be small, so it's good that it comes off...I just wish there were a way to have it lock on while attached. These are small issues and I still stand by my 5 star review as the build quality is top notch, the integration into the iron grill table is fantastic, and I don't know of any other product like it with remotely the same quality.
